As part of their new monitoring initiative, 3Ds today announced the launch of a new, and free reource, Sentry-go Solutions. The site - at http://www.Sentry-goSolutions.com provides technical information & assistance designed to help customers diagnose and resolve issues or problems that may be detected by Sentry-go. Using the information captured by the monitor, it also provides links to external resources on the web, allowing you to see if others have previously had the same issue and how they resolved it previously ...

• Access more information on a particular alert or warning raised by a Sentry-go monitor 
• Help understand, diagnose & troubleshoot the cause of the problem 
• Find out how to resolve the problem and prevent it from occurring again 
• Resolve configuration errors reported by monitoring solutions 
• Search the internet for more solutions, using the exact error details detected by Sentry-go 

By incorporating Sentry-go Solutions into your support network, Sentry-go can not only monitor & detect faults, it can also help you resolve them as well! 

Sentry-go Solutions is available to all Quick Monitor customers and will  integrate fully with Sentry-go Plus!, a new monitoring package being launched shortly.
