  • Firstly, please check the help that can be found in Books On-line. This can be installed by the Setup Wizard & contains detailed information on the Quick Monitor, it's features, alerting, reporting & configuration.
     

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of the software
     
    Our software is periodically updated with new features and to incorporate any corrections that may be necessary. If you're experiencing a problem, it may already be resolved! 
     
    You can view details of recent updates, or download the latest version from this site. 
     

  • Please check our Knowledgebase. 
     
    The Knowledgebase includes articles written by our Technical Support team in response to issues that have arisen or been reported by customers.
